  • Depending on your company size, we can setup scheduled day(s) to be onsite for any issues. Typically we try to pick one day a week with our clients to address user issues and server maintenance.
  • All critical issues will be handled that day (network outage, crash, etc). Non-critical issues will be addressed during a scheduled time requested by the client.  Many issues can be fixed remotely which resolves the problem promptly.
  • We believe in preventative maintenance which involves regular checkups on the following:  hardware/software updates, checking backups to ensure data protection, keeping computers clean (dust, etc), checking for security breaches (firewall, etc).
  • Over ten years of experience in the IT field. Having worked with major automotive companies’ servers and networks.
  • Every client will receive a handbook with their network information. Documentation is a priority.

All client issues are logged into our Helpdesk Database. The client can open “tickets” for each issue and keep track of notes, etc. This saves time and ensures nothing is forgotten.
